Where do you ship ?

We ship domestically to states where THCa products are legal. We are unable to ship internationally or to the following state where THCa is restricted or illegal, including Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah and Vermont.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship nationwide within the United States using USPS. We provide free shipping nationwide on orders totaling $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes. Simply add $100 worth of items to your cart and it will automatically default to “FREE SHIPPING” during checkout.

When do you process and ship orders?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but occasional delays may occur. Orders can have one of the following statuses:

  • Processing: We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends will be processed no later than 48 hours after the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, labor shortages, or supply chain issues. These delays are not typically covered under our returns and refunds policy, except on a case-by-case basis.
  • On Hold: Orders requiring manual verification will be placed On Hold until we can contact and confirm details with the customer, which may delay processing times.
  • Completed: Once an order is marked as Completed, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the order (at your expense) for a refund if the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

Help! My package never arrived!

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over its whereabouts. However, our Customer Support Team is happy to assist. Contact Us, and we will help you track your order.

Help! My package arrived damaged or is missing items!

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please take a photo of the product and the packing slip immediately. Submit your order details via email, including the required photo, and we will respond promptly.
