Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective product—we will cover both the item cost and shipping fees.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks for items in transit, delivered, or pending fulfillment without first requesting a cancellation via email will result in the loss of purchasing privileges within our store.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are non-refundable due to the strict regulations of CBD payment processing. To maintain compliance, we cannot permit excessive chargebacks, as this may lead to payment processing suspensions. However, we offer alternative refund options via Cash App, Venmo, and other platforms.
Exchanges
If your item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning your package. This timeline accounts for:
- 5–10 business days for transit back to us
- 3–5 business days for processing the return
- 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund
